 well the other day with all the recent rain i decided that it would be a good time to burn the ol yard debris/scrap pile. here's a pic of Malia assessing the situation.

took no time at all before her natural firefighter instinct took over(or her just wanting to spray the water). this is actual the first time she has operated the hose successfully(squeezed the handle) look out momma Mandy, Malia might just hose you down too,cause your hot.. hot...hot ...;)

yep shes up for business............

 well me and the ladies just finished up our latest project, shes up and running waiting for that perfect renter/family. here's a couple pics of the interior, this pic is of the kitchen which is rather large with plenty of storage, and clean

 a pic of the vanity in one of the two full baths, the whole house is in good shape and clean to boot.

and a pic of the living room, you can see the signs in the window. next thing to do is to make up an internet ad, then sit by the phone and wait. on too the next project, but the ol lady would like to take a couple weeks off, i guess ill let her twist my arm.

hmmmm i wonder what happens when i pull this string........... well as you can see Malia is hanging on by a thread. this is an old rug and sometimes loose ends seem to come undone, sometimes while mother Mandy is vacuuming  the vacuum will catch a strand and rip it out(Mandy is not fond of this rug), but it still keeps the bottoms of your feet warm in the colder seasons. you can see some strands missing the result of past aggravations.
