Night light......

 

Well it seem that the city installed night light has lost its shine, it seems to have burnt out. Some might say "good" that light is annoying but daddy Dave has grown to like it keeping the driveway lit to help deter prowlers. Tomorrow I'll make a quick call to the city to have it fixed, we pay for the light in our bill every month wether it works or not.

Midnight tea any one?........

 

While out the other night Malia's grandma picked up her very own tea set, as soon as she got home she was brewing up a fresh pot of tea and cookies, and was serving the ladies. When it was bed time she asked her father if he would put the tea set in bed with her, but we all know that a tea set in bed might leave you with one lump or two or at least lost sleep.

Busy morning........

While momma mandy was trying to catch a few zzz's in between feedings and Ella down for a swing ,and Malia entertaining herself and grandma darling what was. Daddy Dave up too?

 

 

Making spaghetti?................well the night before momma mandy decided to go into labor shall I say aunt holly decided for her to go into labor(she cooked up a mess of eggplant parmesan for dinner, which has long been suspected to aid in speeding up labor). Daddy Dave had processed the last of the tomatoes for the last batch of canning. Of course these tomatoes were shall I say "Put on the back shelf"(of the fridge) when momma mandy went into labor. To keep from going bad they needed to be cooked up right away so this on top of baby sitting is what daddy Dave's been up too early this morn.

Hand in the peanut butter jar.........

 

Here we have a pic of Malia back manning the cooking station but what tasty dish is she making today?

This may give it away.....but if you still don't know.....stay tuned. Malia gets caught with her hand in the peanut butter jar.

got it now? malia was fond of the cookie dough which momma mandy had to put a stop too.

In the oven for a quick bake.......doesn't something take soooo much longer when your excited for it to come.

Ahhh here Malia gets to enjoy the fruits of her labor..........delishes peanut butter cookies.

Here she is that little rascal .............on her birthday

 

After birth but before mommas clean up procedure. Momma mandy did the deliver all natural but ran into a complication with the afterbirth.

after the procedure , all scrubbed up and to the recovery room.

Waiting......

Here we have momma mandy trying to eat some liquids ........between contractions. But we have a room with a view and a jetted tub.........after birth we will most likely be whisked away and stuffed into a Holding cell I mean recovery room. She's 5cem dilated at last check but that was 2hrs or so ago.

Shadows.......

 

Well we all know that momma mandy has a monkey on her back or I should say a baby in the oven. She is feeling it now these last days are taking a toll on her there's just not too much room left for ol jelly bean to grow. Jelly bean will come all in do time, but momma mandy is reaaaaaaady, so jelly bean don't sing it bring it. In the above photo Momma Mandy's shadow towered above her, this is how big jelly bean feels....well maybe not this big but who am I to say I'm not hauling jelly bean around.
