Myself.......

 

This morning while I was busy taking care of Ella and parental duties, Malia decided that she wanted to add to her outfit. It seem that daddy's choice of attire did not suit her fancy so she dressed it up a bit. Malia went to her room and put on this dress all by herself. Geeze pretty soon daddy Dave will have to check her outfits before she leaves the house, this dress is a little short but the tights makes if acceptable .......at least around the house.

Christmas lights.........

 

Lights

 

Here we have a pic of newly hung christmas lights.........hung you ask?.......they look more as if they have been layed down. Who put up these lights, a midget? A small person? Or just a lazy daddy Dave? Well if you guessed midget or small person you were wrong. It seems that daddy Dave took the easy way out when it came to hanging the lights this year. Not having a lot of leisure time, the outdoor lights almost didnt get hung but at least he made the effort. With Christmas Day not to far off daddy Dave didn't want to hang'em and then turn around and take them down.

Here Malia hangs some candy canes on the Christmas tree, all are hung 3to4 feet off the ground. It almost looks as if she hung those Christmas lights, she was present at the time they were put out but daddy Dave can't place the blame on her.

Rattle no more........

 

 

Well it's that time..... on one of my projects ......for a fresh coat of paint. As seen in the pic this kitchen I'd very, very, very, very, nasty to say the least and it looks better now than it did before.

 

 

 



So after a little prep work and a new addition to daddy Dave's tools(Craigslist) an airless power sprayer was brought into the pic. No need to shake that ol rattle can, or painters elbow, or rollers regret...... just plug in and spray.

 

 

 

 

This was a first time using this kind of technology and it was ........great! This room was painted in 1/8th of the time it would have taken if done the old fashion way. Not that I still won't have to do some of the old fashioned work on trim, and more precise areas. Ceiling, walls' cabinets(inside and out) and trim was all painted in the blink of an eye.

I just need to do something about the over spray............why what large lips you have.........the better to smooch you with my dear.

Table top.......

 

 

It that time.....time for Ella to pull up a seat and have a bowl of ceral. This is a pic of her session with eating solid foods....well I guess it's not really that solid being it's milk and rice ceral, but it's a start.

 

 

 

 

Hey Ella your suppose to eat the ceral not your bib.......what's that you say?.........it taste better than the ceral? Or are you just trying to get that taste out of your mouth?

Rewaxen..........

 

After a busy night out Christmas shopping with her parents, Malia wound down with a bowl of Cheerios and some entertainment, of course her sister Ella was already in bed.

With the Christmas tree in the spot where her chair resided she makes due with Mr Poops doggy bed.

Sickly.........

 

Here we have a pic of the flus latest victim, Malia has not been feeling too great the past couple days with a low fever and upset stomach. I think I need to buy stock in Lysol cause momma Mandy has been going around disinfecting everything in an effort to keep the other home occupants from catching it. The large red bowl in the pic is more for wishful thinking, it seems that the flu discharge doesn't seem to make it to the bowl. As of today Malia is up and about feeling better or so it seems for the time now. There's nothing like having a mother to baby you when your sick, mothers just have that soothing touch.

Balance........

 

A daily balance of letter M is needed maintain a healthy alphabet diet , Here Malia balances the letter M upon her head. Her attire is a Cinderella dress which was given too her on a recent trip to Ohio along with some others, for her to play dress up. She loves to run around the house and spin around.
