Dishwasher in a day.......

 

Well here's where the project started, per momma Mandy's request daddy Dave was going to put in a machine from the future(dishwasher). But in the house on lenmore their was no previous machine so all the nessary hardware had to be ran. New electrical, drain line, water supply and rebuild the cabinets.

First daddy Dave started rebuilding the cabinets, once the desired spot was picked he removed a section of the old cabniets.

Once the new slot was roughed in...

The dish washer was slide into place....

 

Now it was time to run a new electrical line and breaker so the dishwasher would be on its own power supply, and other devices would not effect the amperage of the motor which can lead to early failure. The breaker box has quiet a few lines running from the box and a new line was add for the dishwasher. the "house" tubing has plenty of room for more lines but where it goes under the house they didn't drill a big enough hole, so to keep from unhooking all lines and drilling the appropriate hole size and then rehooking up daddy Dave chose the easier method of running a new covered line. Uncle Nate stopped by to lend a helping hand which was much appreciated.

The water line had to be hooked up as well as the drain line as seen above.

And before you know it momma Mandy had a dishwasher in a day......next daddy Dave has to finish rebuilding the cabniet beside the dishwasher.

Potty time.....

 

Here Ella is showing off her brand new pair of big girl underware........momma Mandy is starting the transion from dipers to undies.

First Ella needs to sit on the potty untill she goes.......this may take a while so momma bribes her with some iPad time. Here she assumes the position.

Of course her big sis is not to be left out of the picture, she is of course Ella roll model, here Malia sits in her chair almost like a life guard that's fine as long as Ella dosent try and take a dip(toliet).

Birthday girl......

Here on lenmore we had Ella's 2nd birthday party this past weekend, here she is seen opening some gifts.

And of course it's was time to blow out the candles on the cake........

Here's a close up to the "Frozen" theme cake that her aunt made, it's chilling out in the fridge, not the freezer so the actual cake wasn't frozen that would be a cruel trick when it came time to cut the cake.

And a pic of ome of the young ones enjoying cake. Good times were had by all, thanks to all who stopped by and we missed those of you who couldn't make it.

Table top.......

 

As many of you know we have a bar height table are our residence, while the kitchen was under demolition momma Mandy had other plans for the old table.

After some internet searching(craigs list) momma Mandy picked up this round pedistal table. With space being in high demand a round table gives the illusion of more space.

Momma Mandy spiced up the plain old wood with a fresh coat of "radiant red"

"That"...............not too bad for one night and a wild hair. The girls spent the evening with the Marshall's while momma Mandy and daddy Dave were slinging block.

Birthday girl....

 

Well today is Ella's birthday and what does she and her big sister want to do but go play in the rain, so mamma Mandy suits them up and sends them out into the rain.

For dinner a little "cook out" was had, here the birthday girl and her dad enjoy a milkshake.

And across the table so does momma Mandy and sister Malia....
