Homemade job box.......

 

 

Often when daddy Dave goes out to work on projects he puts odd and end tools into cardboard boxes. A while back daddy Dave ran across this unwanted wooden chest, he picked it up not having a immediate use for it. He now has a use for it...........

After a few modifications, some wheels, legs and a Handel........

Tada...........now daddy Dave has a job box..........a toy box for big boys.

Freak out......

 

 

Momma Mandy's mother has came down to visit for a bit and brought her dog with her, a yorkie named charlie(a female Charlie). Here momma mandy is holding her so the girls can pet her, they were quiet excited to see such a small dog, Malia said it was barklys baby.

Plug it in, plug it in........

 

In a past blog I had removed an old lamp post, (of which I plan to replace)but the removal let some exposed wiring. For the time being ill just have to settle for an outdoor outlet.

So I swung by the local hardware store and picked up an outdoor outlet kit, a 90degree section of piping and a couple connectors. I dug out a scap peice of angle iron in which to use as a stake and something to mount the outlet box too.

The angle iron was drove into the ground, the outlet box was mounted and the protective piping attached. Next the existing wireing was threaded through and the outlet wired and ready for juice. This outlet will come in handy for those Xmas lights.

1st hair cut........

 

Malia hair keeps falling into her face so momma mandy decided to give her a trim, the bib was in place to help catch falling hair.

Here her bangs are trimmed and she's ready to go.

Game day.........

 

Before Malias big game the young ones get warmed up, first a little stretching......

Running a couple laps, the kids have to follow the blue line, here Malia is bringing up the rear.......

And of course some pre game celebratory dancing.....

Then it's enough horsing around.....it's game time.

Hay.....is for horses......

 

The other day Malia helped daddy Dave set up a fall display outside with Mr Scarecrow. The cooler weather has gotten momma mandy excited about fall, so up go some decorations.

Pumpkin patch .......

 

The other day daddy Dave and momma Mandy took the girls to the pumpkin patch.
