While out working on the latest rental project I came face to face with weather or not to ignore or explore. Here is a pic of door or doors#1 what's behind them you may ask?
This is the closet which houses the water heater and washing machine, but why are there sections of plywood covering sections of the wall? Good question so daddy Dave chose to explore.
Once the plywood was removed rotten framing, flooring, etc came falling out........it seems that after a past leak was fixed the damaged areas were not addressed.......
Here's a close up, it looks like daddy Dave has some major repairs need to done.....why didn't I ignore
