Simple repairs ..........

Here's a few pics of some simple repairs done at the ole homestead. Pictured above is a coat rack sort of device. It actually serves as a cover of a electrical box located in the kitchen. It has hooks in which you can hang items, these seem to be cheaply made and they occasionally just break off. So it was time to upgrade with some new hooks, sense we were down to just one hook.

Here you can see the old hook and screws which are wimpy in comparison to the new, what tiny screws were used its amazing they never just pulled out.

Here we have newly installed hooks......

And a quick pick of what the door is hiding.

Next project was to instal some furniture leveling devices to help with the uneven floors. They were a snap drill and tap and then adjust to the right height now we won't have to put books or toys under the legs to help level. The girls often decided that the book/toy under the legs were their long lost toy of which they needed and would take leaving the drawers teeter tottering.
