It's true with grass season in full swing daddy Dave has been pretty busy but he still occasionally makes his way over to work on his latest project. On this day daddy Dave was installing some different points of access on this property. This house has one access which is in the furthest point from anything that might need potential work aka plumbing/electrical so to aid in future repairs it was decided to add to new acces doors stratigacal placed in key locations.
First a concrete blade was used to outline the new opening.
After a sledge the new opening was achived.
Then the new opening was framed out and a door put in place.
The same process was done in another key location on the house.
This will make future unwanted repairs a little easier.
