On a already tenet present rental, they requested to paint the porch. This was fine with me, I would even drop off the paint and bushes(supplies needed) so they could do it if they wanted. But after further thought I knew it would take me but a few hours so I decided to do it my self, oil paint can get kind of messy it won't just wash off with water. Here the ceiling was in need of a fresh coat.

And the concrete needed to be sealed in with some oil based concrete paint.
Fresh coat, daddy Dave will have to go back out later and put a fresh cost on the walls but first the floor will need to dry.
