Well as the daily drone of life continues on occasionally you have a couple snags or stoppages as in this case. With the upcoming event of Malias birthday, the house hold duties need to be kept up with so that when guest arrive the host can some what relax and entertain. Well one evening as momma Mandy was keeping up with the laundry the BRAND NEW washing machine quit, of course just as the store warranty and just expired. Luckily there was a continued manufacture warranty (discovered after some searching) so the proper individuals were called and a service date set. Upon prompt arrival the technician soon discovered a small sock stuck in the pump, after a quick fix the machine was tested and ready for business. Now the dreaded bill, ya see I didn't think this was covered being it was not "mechanical failure", it was operator failure as stated in the limited warranty. When the technician was done I said "I guess this isn't covered under the warranty" the technician said, "well make it work" smiled, shook my hand and said "have a nice day". That customer service will go nicely with my morning cup of coffee.
