Still Progressing slowly on the laundry room Reno but I do have some other items on my to do list. The laundry Reno needed to be tyed into the ductwork so that it could stay a comfortable temp. The only problem is the floor is a 5-6" slab of concrete, this makes cutting a hole not so quick or easy. Above daddy Dave has drawn out the outline for the duct.
Next a concrete blade was used in a circler saw and the dots were connected, and cut as deep as possable.
Next daddy Dave used a rotary drill with a chisel bit to start chiseling away at the remaining connecting concrete.
Once the dots were all connected the middle was removed leaving acces for new ductwork.
Here the vent is in place ready for the next step.
