Damn shame.......

 

Next on the list was to address this neglected window which had suffered due to the past steel gutters.

It's a shame that these windows went to the bad. Here you can clearly see the rot which has set in, daddy Dave considered rebuilding this window but decideed agianst it, it was truly past it's prime.

With such a large window daddy Dave new he wouldn't finish this project in time so first he covered the window with plywood to aid in keeping critters and locals out.

After carefully removing the window glass and frames here is what we were left with. Next some new framing to replace damaged 2x4's and a new framed out opening resized for the new windows( new windows not the same width or height so some alterations will need to take place). It was getting late and momma had dinner on the table so it was time to call it a night.
