Landlords problem......

 

So............. late last night daddy Dave is fixing a large delicious peanut butter milk shake for himself and his old lady of course the girls were down for the night. When he checks his phone and sees a missed text, " both toliets are backed up" damn it................ Well it was to late to do anything about it but it was to be addressed in the morning, of course it was all I dreamed about. The property in question did not have a main drain clean out (of course), so daddy Dave needed to put one in to address the drain problem. After locating were the main drain came out from under the house the digging began.

After exposing the drain line daddy Dave uncovered a crappy patch job which resulted in the clog. The previous owners had covered a hole with a peice of PVC cut in half, not sealed, screwed or secured in any way just set on top and covered. With a tree near by its root systeam found the opening and grew into the pipe causing it to clog.

Here we have the new clean out hooked up and the drain lines have been cleaned out ready for business.

Above is a pic of the roots which had grown into the drain line they pulled right out with out much problem.

 

And the finished product, done just in time for the next couple of rainy days.
