Rental Reno.....

 

Well there was a small section on the edge on the rental which had some rot do to improper roofing(no overhang) this needed to be addressed. A foot of shingals were removed and a section of Osb board cut and new put down in its place.

Then it was re-tar papered and shingled with the proper overhang being achieved. I could not find a color match for the shingles so black would have to do, as long as it does the job ....right.
