While out working on a rental I needed to install a skirt or under pinning to the back of the house. On this property when the new addition to the back of the house was built the under pinning was half assed and had fallen off. This being a requirement for insurance this needed to be addressed so that daddy Dave could get it insured. Here the openings were framed out with treated lumber and the staked in place along the bottom. Next a vent strip was installed all the way around and the old vinyl was reused(as you can see they are dirty but nothing a good pressure washing won't fix).
Here is an after pic, the vinyl was brought down bellow ground level and filled in all that is needed now is Little vinyl cleaning.
Here's a before pic as seen the vinyl wasn't holding up too the job. Still a lot to do on this house but knocking them down one at a time.
