While tarring out the damaged floor joist it seemed like it would never end. One after another they had to be taken out. It seems that after all that time exposed to moisture didn't do any good for the structure. After tarring out The worst in the kitchen area I then had to continue under the bathroom, removing damaged joist.
But after another long day a new subfloor was installed in the bathroom, and all the damaged joist were replaced...o happy days..o happy days. Project Hawkins Is on track as planned. Of course the week I had off from work went by too fast, and i wish I had gotten more done, but that's always the case.
